“Teaching music is one of my greatest joys. My greatest hope for my students is to be patient, compassionate young people who lovingly share their interests and gifts with others. Valuing the process over the outcome is core to my teaching. I challenge my students to become independent in many ways and to be their own teachers. I strongly believe in supporting all of my students interests, and I enjoy applying their other interests to their musical journey.”
